Many clients need more than therapy alone. Safe Counseling supports clients with care coordination, resource connection, housing-related needs, employment goals, benefits navigation, appointments, referrals, and communication with care teams when appropriate.
Rehabilitative Case Management
Rehabilitative case management helps clients identify needs, coordinate services, access resources, and move toward stability. Support may include care coordination, advocacy, appointment support, referrals, discharge planning, benefits navigation, and connection to community resources.
Housing Support
Safe and stable housing can be an important part of behavioral health recovery. Housing support helps clients identify housing-related needs, connect with community resources, complete steps toward housing stability, and coordinate with housing programs when appropriate.
Employment Support
Employment, school, volunteering, and meaningful daily activity can support confidence, independence, and recovery. Employment support helps clients explore goals, identify barriers, build readiness, connect with resources, and take steps toward work or other meaningful roles.
