Crisis & Stabilization Services

When someone is experiencing emotional distress, a substance use-related crisis, safety concerns, or a difficult moment that feels overwhelming, timely support matters. Safe Counseling provides crisis-related services focused on de-escalation, stabilization, safety planning, and connection to the next appropriate level of care.

Crisis Telephone Services

Phone-based support for individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis or needing immediate assistance. Services may include emotional support, de-escalation, stabilization, safety planning, referral, and coordination with treatment providers when appropriate.

Emergency Service Patrol

Support for intoxicated individuals in public places when assistance is requested by police, merchants, community members, or other appropriate parties. Emergency Service Patrol may include preliminary screening, support with immediate needs, and transportation to a safe or appropriate setting when clinically and legally appropriate.

Crisis Support

Short-term support for clients who need help stabilizing after a crisis or during periods of increased emotional or behavioral health needs. Crisis support may include grounding, coping skills, resource connection, follow-up support, and coordination with natural supports or care providers when appropriate.
