Peer & Day Support
Peer & Day Support
Recovery is not meant to happen in isolation. Peer and day support services help clients build connection, hope, practical skills, routine, and confidence in daily life. These services are especially helpful for clients who benefit from consistent encouragement and community-based support.
Peer Support
Peer support offers recovery-focused support from trained peer staff who use lived experience, encouragement, and practical tools to help clients feel less alone. Peer support can help clients build hope, strengthen self-advocacy, develop coping skills, connect with resources, and stay engaged in their recovery goals.
Day Support
Day support provides structured support for clients who may benefit from routine, skill-building, emotional support, social connection, and help with maintaining stability in the community. Services may focus on coping skills, communication, wellness planning, daily living skills, and connection to natural supports.
